Depends, really. It's true, though- he's very different. A completely different Joker.
But he's fun to draw! *purrs* So very fun.

Frankly, I prefer the Alex Ross version of the Joker above all others. His suit doesn't look nearly so goofy under Ross' pencils. Read the Joker story from Batman: Black & White vol. 2, if you haven't yet, it's one of my favorites.

Awesome! Was this done with paints? Watercolors? Or digital art? It looks like digital art, but I'm not sure.
